So Welcome everyone. I hope all is well in the new year (2011)!
I have quite a bit on my plate these days, not too mention a great wife, four daughters (one set of twins), managing a concierge practice in functional medicine / clinical integrative nutrition, lecturing, and running a medical software company.
My goal for this blog is to let other know about some new things I have learned. There is a lot of great information and I tend to keep my nose buried pretty deep in the books, so it is great to have a place to start posting that information.
